- Expertise in insurance business process, actuarial formulas and computation
- High mathematical aptitude
- Expertise in MS Excel

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, must be CPA or CIA
Experience
Two (2) years related work experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge in fraud examination, control assessment, risk management, government audit
- Above average in MS Office applications
- Above average communication skills
Office: Architectural & Engineering Section, Civil Engineering Department, Real Estate Division
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Experience
One (1) year related work experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge in construction project planning
- Knowledge in technical discipline in order to complete a construction project

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with two (2) years of Law or with Paralegal Training Certificate from a reputable provider

- Knowledge in legal research, preparation of legal documents, real estate/chattel registration and cancellation, foreclosure proceedings
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Looking for a strong HR Team Player:
- Registered Nurse with at least one (1) year experience is an advantage. Newly registered Nurses who are passionate in promoting workplace safety and health are welcome to apply
- Self starter and requires minimal supervision. With keen eye to details and deliverables
- Preferable with BOSH certification and working experience / training in administering swab test

- A graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses with specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 year database administration experience working with various database management systems
Working Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical documentation and presentation skills
- Above average communication skills
- Proficient in MYSQL and other database configuration, backup, optimization monitoring and troubleshooting
