LOYALTY REWARDS RAFFLE PROMO
As part of the Heroes Loyalty Program
Promotion Mechanics for Members with Multiple Product Ownership
I. SCOPE AND DURATION
This loyalty rewards program is intended for members with matured or in-force insurance and/or loan accounts for the past 5 years from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025.
II. MECHANICS
The promotion is open to ALL REGULAR UNIFORMED SERVICES MEMBERS and ASSOCIATE MEMBERS of the AFPMBAI, as defined in attached Definition of Terms (Attachment A).
1. Members can acquire raffle entries provided that they meet the following criteria:
a. Must have an in-force basic membership insurance
b. Availed or purchased any of the following products, including matured accounts (excluding cancelled or surrendered), for the past 5 years from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025
i. Purchased at least two (2) permanent insurance plans
ii. Availed of at least two (2) insurance loans, including renewal loans
iii. Availed of at least one (1) real estate loan
2. Acquisition of raffle entries is segmented per product line, as follows:
Permanent Insurance Plans
a. Member must have purchased at least two (2) insurance plans that are either in-force or has matured in the past 5 years from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025.
b. Payor-members are entitled to the following:
▪ For face amount P200,000 and below: 1 raffle entry
▪ For face amount over P200,000: 1 raffle entry for every P200,000 face amount
Example: A permanent insurance plan with face amount of P550,000 would entitle the payor-member to 2 raffle entries.
Insurance Loan
a. Member must have availed of at least two (2) insurance loans for the past 5 years from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025.
b. Payor-members are entitled to the following:
▪ For loan amount P200,000 and below: 1 raffle entry
▪ For loan amount over P200,000: 1 raffle entry for every P200,000 loan amount
Example: An insurance loan with loan amount of P250,000 would entitle the payor-member to 1 raffle entry.
Real Estate Loan
• Member must have availed of at least one (1) real estate loan for the past 5 years from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025.
• Payor-members are entitled to the following:
▪ For loan amount P200,000 and below: 1 raffle entry
▪ For loan amount over P200,000: 1 raffle entry for every P200,000 loan amount
Example: A real estate loan with loan amount of P1,250,000 would entitle the payor-member to 6 raffle entries.
3. All newly-issued permanent insurance plans and newly-approved insurance loans, and real estate loans from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 will entitle the member to additional bonus entry/ies provided either of the following criteria has been met:
a. If the member had a previous matured insurance plan or loan in CY2024, he/she will be entitled to an additional two (2) raffle entries.
b. If the member had a previous matured insurance plan or loan CY2023, he/she will be entitled to an additional one (1) raffle entry.
4. The Marketing Division will request for the list of qualified plans/accounts covering the period of May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2025. Data should contain the following information per approved application:
For Basic Membership Insurance Plans (Protek from Accedata, iProtek from UPMD)
• Name of Member who applied for insurance
• Member’s contact number
• Member’s active email address
• Member’s unit assignment
• Insurance plan applied
For Permanent Insurance Plans (from Accedata)
• Name of Member who applied for insurance
• Member’s contact number
• Member’s active email address
• Member’s unit assignment
• Insurance plan applied
• Estimated modal premium
• Face Amount applied for by Member
For Insurance Loans (from Accedata) and Real Estate Loans (from Real Estate Division)
• Name of Member who applied for a new/renewal loan
• Member’s contact number
• Member’s active email address
• Member’s unit assignment
• Loan type applied
• New loan/renewal amount
5. Submitted entries will be consolidated by the Strategic Marketing Department at the end of the promotion period.
III. RAFFLE PRIZES
1. The raffle entries will vie for the following prizes:
Major Prizes
Two (2) Winners of Toyota Raize 1.2 G CVT
Minor Prizes
Five (5) Winners of Honda ADV 160
Three (3) Winners of P100k cash each
Consolation Prizes
Four (4) Winners of P50k cash each
Five (5) Winners of P25k cash each
Ten (10) Winners of P10k cash each
Fifteen (15) Winners of P5k cash each
Twenty (20) Winners of P2,500 cash each
Note: AFPMBAI will shoulder the taxes for all the raffle prizes.
2. All prizes are non-transferable.
3. Non-cash prizes are non-convertible to cash.
4. All AFPMBAI employees, whether civilian or retired military and uniformed personnel (MUP), and members of the current Board of Trustees are excluded from this rewards program.
IV. DRAWING OF WINNERS
1. Each qualified plan/account will be assigned corresponding raffle entries for the raffle draw.
2. The winners will be drawn starting from the consolation prizes first, minor prizes, to the major prizes.
3. Raffle entries for a PIP or a loan account can only win once. Thus, members with multiple entries from multiple PIPs or multiple loan accounts will have more chances of winning several raffle prizes.
Example: A member who purchased an E-56 plan with a P 500,000 face amount and an MBAI Achiever plan with a P 750,000 face amount will receive 2 raffle entries for the E-56 plan and 3 raffle entries for the MBAI Achiever plan, for a total of 5 raffle entries. If one of the member’s raffle entries from the E-56 plan is drawn, the remaining entry for the E-56 plan will be removed. However, the member’s raffle entries for the MBAI Achiever plan will still be eligible for the remainder of the raffle.
4. The electronic raffle shall be drawn using the e-raffle software developed by the Information Technology Division on September 1, 2025 (Monday) at the AFPMBAI Head Office.
5. Drawing of winners will be documented and shall be witnessed by the Internal Audit Office representative.
6. Winners will be subject to verification by the Internal Audit Office representative and will be announced after the verification of winners is complete.
V. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
1. Winners will be notified via SMS, e-mail, and/or call out of a representative from the Marketing Division.
2. Names of winners will also be posted on the official Facebook Page and Website.
VI. AWARDING OF WINNERS
1. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification from AFPMBAI. Otherwise, the prizes shall be forfeited and retained by AFPMBAI.
2. For cash prizes, verified winners will be required to provide their bank account details and Service ID, AFPMBAI ID, or National ID for crediting of their corresponding prizes.
3. For non-cash prizes, winners may claim their prizes at:

Provincial Winners: Nearest AFPMBAI Branch or Extension Office
VII. CLAIMING OF PRIZES
1. For cash prizes, it will be deposited to the bank account provided by the winners.
2. For non-cash prizes, winners must bring their Service ID, AFPMBAI ID, National ID (PhilSys ID), or any two of the following government-issued IDs:
Philippine Passport
Driver’s License
PhilHealth ID
Voter’s ID
Postal ID
TIN Card
Additional IDs acceptable (for Associate Members only):
UMID Card GSIS Card
3. In the event that the winner is unable to claim the non-cash prize, an authorized representative can claim on behalf of the member but shall be required to present the following:
• National ID or two valid government IDs of the winner/member
• Original copy of the winner’s authorization letter
• Two valid government IDs of the authorized representative
VIII. DISQUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS
AFPMBAI’s employees, suppliers, contractors, vendors, agencies and consultants, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
ATTACHMENT A – DEFINITION OF TERMS
a. Regular Members
The following are considered regular members provided that they have an in-force basic membership insurance:
- Military personnel in active service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)
- Uniformed personnel in the active service of the following:
- Philippine National Police (PNP)
- Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
- Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)
- Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)
- Bureau of Corrections (BuCor)
- Retired and honorably separated or discharged AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP, PCG, and BuCor personnel
b. Associate Members
The following are considered associate members provided that they have an in-force basic membership insurance:
- Civilian soldiers under RA 7077
- Trainees of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC)
- Members of the Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit Active Auxiliary (CAFGUAA), and other uniformed service units that are primarily involved in national defense, enforcement laws, and in the maintenance of peace, order, and security, as the Board of Trustees may approve
- Civilian employees of the AFPSLAI, and other AFP financial institutions, non-uniformed personnel of the AFP, PNP, BFP, BJMP, PCG, BuCor, and other organizations, agencies, institutions, and sectors connected with the uniformed services, associated with security, peace, and order, and as the Board of Trustees may approve
- Duly licensed private security guards and regular employees of security agencies
- Cadets and graduates of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), and Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP)
- Legitimate spouse, parents, and legitimate, legitimated and/or legally adopted children of regular members
c. Permanent Insurance Plan
This refers to the additional insurance plan (on top of the basic membership insurance) members may avail as follows:
- Endowment Plans (10, 15, 20 years)
- 20-Year Anticipated Endowment Plan
- Saver’s Protection Plus
- Endowment at Age 56 (E-56)
- MBAI Achiever (Educational Plan)
- MBAI 5ecure
d. Insurance Loan
This refers to the loan products associated with the basic membership insurance and permanent insurance plans, as follows:
- Enhanced/Expanded Salary Loan
- Policy Loan
- Equity Loan
- Member’s Educational Assistance Loan (MEDAL)
- Special Member’s Educational Assistance Loan (Special MEDAL)
- Emergency Loan
e. Real Estate Loan
This refers to the loan products available for purposes of purchasing/constructing real estate properties, as follows:
- Real Estate Mortgage Loan
- Pre-Retirement Real Estate Mortgage Loan
