The Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) on Services, invites all prospective bidders to apply for the eligibility and subsequently bid for the:

| E. Required Personnel | 81 (2 CCTV Operators, 4 Security Officers, and 75 Security Guards) |
| F. Initial Documents Required to Purchase Bid Documents | 1. SEC or DTI Registration; 2. BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR Form No. 2303) 3. Mayor’s Permit for CY 2025 |
| G. Period of Availability of Bidding Documents | 19 May 2025 to 30 May 2025, 8AM – 3PM |

Bidding will be conducted through close competitive bidding procedure in accordance with AFPMBAI Procurement Policy.
AFPMBAI reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract, and makes no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
