Armed Forces & Police Mutual Benefit Association, Incorporated (AFPMBAI) is an organized mutual benefit association that provides security, protection and meaningful financial solutions for the uniformed services of the Philippines and their families. Members hail from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Fire Protection, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and the Philippine Coast Guard to name a few.

By 2025, AFPMBAI will be the undisputed leader and the industry standard among mutual benefit associations to fulfill the needs of its members and their families.

To provide members and their families comprehensive insurance, opportunity for lifetime financial security, and significant social services.

HISTORY OF AFPMBAI

1949

AFP Mutual Benefit System (AFPMBS) was created by virtue of a Letter Directive from the Headquarters of the National Defense Forces.

1965

Armed Forces of the Philippines Mutual Benefit Associaion, Inc., formerly AFPMBS, was incorporated as a non-stock, nonprofit corporation. Basic Insurance coverage of AFP started with a death benefit of P3,000.00.
