AFPMBAI, led by BGen Marcial O Constante Jr AFP (Ret), Head Administration Division, turned over an ambulance unit as a donation to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), through Director Serafino P Barreto Jr, CESO IV, BJMP Chief. The ceremonial turnover was held last May 15, 2017, at the BJMP Headquarters, Quezon City, witnessed by AFPMBAI staff and other BJMP officers.
