AFPMBAI, in partnership with UCPB, has conducted a financial awareness seminar to the members of the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) in Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu on April 14, 2016. The seminar is part of the AFPMBAI Livelihood Education and Development (LEAD) Program being implemented by the Social Services Office of the AFPMBAI. The LEAD seminar in Cebu was attended by various uniformed personnel such as PNP, PCG, BJMP, and BFP.
Officers from UCPB who served as resource speakers discussed topics about financial planning, overview of bank products and protection against fraud. They also presented their products and services and introduced the new AFPMBAI ID card that gives its members the convenience of having membership identification and ATM functionality in one card.
