The Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) invites
interested parties to submit an offer to sell their property/land as the future site of the
AFPMBAI Zamboanga Branch.

| 3. Public transport accessibility for members | |
| 4. Allows basement structures/parking |
All interested sellers must submit their letter of intent to the BAC-REPD Secretariat no later
than 5:00 pm on 20 March 2023 via email. The BAC-REPD Secretariat will provide a zoom
link invitation for a virtual conference on 24 March 2023 to discuss and/or answer
inquiries/clarification regarding the criteria listed above.
The submission of the Offer to Sell to BAC-REPD Secretariat will be not later than 12:00
noon on 19 April 2023 and to be submitted at AFPMBAI Building Col Bonny Serrano Road
Cor EDSA Quezon City.
AFPMBAI reserves the right to reject any and all applications, and to annul the
prequalification process, without incurring any liability to the affected applicant/s.
