I. PROMO PERIOD
This nationwide promo will run from October 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025.
II. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the promo, the following must be complied with:
a. Loan applicants must be AFPMBAI regular members or associate members with basic membership insurance (MBAI Protek/MBAI iProtek).
b. Loan applicants must have a salary/commission deduction arrangement with AFPMBAI.
c. The loan application and documentary requirements must be submitted AND completed within the promo period.
d. The loan must be approved and the final loan proceeds released to the member-loan borrower.
III. MECHANICS
This promo is subject to the following requirements, terms, and conditions:
- Minimum Loan Amount: The member should have an approved new or additional real estate mortgage loan (REML) amounting to at least One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) with AFPMBAI.
- Prizes: The Prizes below shall be awarded to the member only upon loan approval and final release of the loan proceeds.
- a. 50% Discount on Appraisal Fee: Members shall pay upfront the Appraisal Fee in full. Corresponding refund shall be made upon approval and final release of the loan proceeds.
- b. Appliance Freebie: 8.5-cubic feet two-door Inverter Refrigerator
- c. The prizes shall only be given once to the member, regardless of his/her number of approved loan applications submitted during the promo period.
- Lock-in Period: The loan should be locked-in for five years. In case the loan is terminated or paid in full within five years after loan release, the full amount of the discounted fee and freebie will be charged accordingly, to be reflected in the Statement of Account.
- All qualified applications must have undergone thorough credit evaluation, legal review, and approval process of AFPMBAI.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be availed in conjunction with other promo and/or offers of the AFPMBAI Real Estate Division.
- AFPMBAI reserves the right to terminate or modify the promo at any time without prior notice.
