2026 AFPMBAI LOYALTY BONUS RAFFLE PROGRAM

I. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND DURATION

This NATIONWIDE promo will run starting from March 01, 2026 to December 15, 2026.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The promo is open to ALL REGULAR and ASSOCIATE MEMBERS of the AFPMBAI who are:

REGULAR MEMBERS

1. Military personnel in the active service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP);
2. Uniformed personnel in the active service of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Bureau of Corrections (BuCor); and
3. Retired and honorably separated or discharged military and uniformed personnel

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

1. Reservists, Cadets, Security Guards, CAFGUAA, Coast Guard Auxiliary, SCAA, NBI, Bureau of Immigration, NAMRIA, Airport Police, Customs Police, NUP/Civilian personnel of PAFP, NP, PCG, BFP and BJMP and other uniformed service units.
2. Spouses, direct ascendants, and direct descendants of regular members.
3. Employee Groups: Accredited ISF’s/Loan Agents/FAMs.

III. MECHANICS

1. The AFPMBAI Loyalty Bonus Program is a rewards initiative designed to recognize and incentivize Loyal Members for their long-term loyalty, sustained patronage, and bundling of insurance products. The program provides a cash-equivalent bonus to eligible members upon availing a new insurance plan, reinforcing AFPMBAI as their preferred provider for insurance products.
2. A member must meet all of the following conditions:
   • With in-force MBAI Protek or MBAI iProtek
   • With at least one (1) in-force permanent insurance policy
   • Purchases another PIP with effected policy status within the
     promo period.
3. The loyalty bonus for qualified members is equivalent to Php 3,000.00 for regular members and Php 1,500.00 for associate members, regardless of monthly premium.

4. A raffle draw of qualified members shall be conducted every last Friday of the month.

   Qualified Members for the period:	Monthly Draw
   March 1-30, 2026	April 24, 2026 (1st)
   April 1-30, 2026	May 29, 2026 (2nd)
   May 1-31, 2026	June 26, 2026 (3rd)
   June 1-30, 2026	July 31, 2026 (4th)
   July 1-31, 2026	August 28, 2026 (5th)
   August 1-31, 2026	September 25, 2026 (6th)
   September 1-30, 2026	October 30, 2026 (7th)
   October 1-31, 2026	November 27, 2026 (8th)
   November 1-30, 2026	December 15, 2026 (Final)

5. The maximum number of winners every month shall be limited to one hundred (100) winners and the maximum amount to be released shall not exceed three hundred thousand pesos (Php300,000.00).
6. The total budget for the Loyalty Bonus Raffle is two million pesos (Php2,000,000.00) only.
7. The raffle entries for the month shall be submitted to the Internal Audit Office (IAO) by the first Friday of the following month.
8. The IAO shall then complete the audit of the raffle entries not later than the third Friday of the following month.
9. Qualified members can only win once throughout the program period. Those who do not win in the current raffle draw shall be included in succeeding raffle draws.
10. The loyalty bonus will be deposited directly into the member’s registered ATM or GCash account.

11. The loyalty bonus shall be a one-time bonus per qualified repeat PIP purchase, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to premium discount or policy credits.

IV. GUIDELINES ON THE PROCEDURE/GRANT OF LOYALTY BONUS

1. All permanent insurance policies, including E-56, are eligible for the Loyalty Bonus.
2. Marketing Division will provide a database of members with at least one in-force PIP that will mature within 2026.
3. A text blast will be sent to this list informing the member of their eligibility to receive a Loyalty Bonus IF they purchase another newly-issued policy within
   the program period.
4. The Loyalty Bonus Program should be promoted by the ISF and branch personnel on the field, in the branches/EOs, or during info drives and caravans.
5. Members who file for their Maturity Benefit at the branches or online should be encouraged to apply for another PIP to be eligible for the Loyalty Bonus Raffle.
6. The list of effected policies will be shared with the RSSCs by Marketing Division thru a Google Sheets file which shall contain the following:
   • List of members who are eligible for the program
   • Policy effectivity date
   • Payment status of the Loyalty Bonus for raffle winners
7. Clear documentation and member acknowledgment required.
8. Program subject to annual review and budget approval.

ATTACHMENT A – DEFINITION OF TERMS

1. CARAVAN – an event where a team composed of AFPMBAI branch personnel, ISF, or Loan Agent visits a camp or worksite for MBAI Protek product feature presentations.
2. EFFECTIVITY DATE – the date by which the Permanent Insurance Plan (PIP) insurance coverage takes effect after the payment of the first monthly premium.
3. INSURANCE SALES FORCE (ISF) – accredited insurance representatives or agents representing AFPMBAI assigned in the RSSC’s/branches/extension offices who are tasked sell and perform product presentation and providing assistance on the referred insurance plans.
4. REGIONAL SALES and SERVICE CENTER (RSSC) – is Regional office of AFPMBAI. There are 55 RSSCs across the Philippines where members can go for core services.
   These centers can act as one-stop hubs for member support.
5. PERMANENT INSURANCE PLAN (PIP) – an optional insurance plan offered by the Association to both regular and associate members, provided that they have an in-force MBAI Protek or MBAI iProtek.
6. ENDOWMENT AT 56 (E-56) – is an insurance and retirement plan that protects members until age 56, featuring savings accumulation with dividends.
7. REGULAR MEMBERS – as defined in the By-Laws shall refer to:
   • military personnel in the active service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP);
   • uniformed personnel in the active service of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Bureau of Corrections (BuCor); and
   • retired and honorably separated or discharged military and uniformed personnel
8. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
   • Reservists, Cadets, Security Guards, CAFGUAA, Coast Guard Auxiliary, SCAA, NBI, Bureau of Immigration, NAMRIA, Airport Police, Customs Police, NUP/Civilian personnel of PAFP, NP, PCG, BFP and BJMP and other uniformed service units.
