NOTICE TO MEMBERS: LOAN PAYMENT GRACE PERIOD
To Our Valued Members,
In consideration of the ongoing challenges from the recent national energy crisis and the earthquake in Mindanao, AFPMBAI is implementing a special relief measure for our member-borrowers.
Those who are unable to settle their monthly loan amortization for August 2026 are granted a grace period until November 30, 2026, to pay without incurring any penalties or surcharges.
Please take note of the following guidelines:
- No Penalties: Late fees and surcharges will be waived for the August 2026 amortization if paid on or before the end of November 2026.
- Resumption of Payments: Regular monthly loan deductions or payments must resume by September 2026.
- Post-Grace Period: Any unpaid August 2026 amortization that remains outstanding after November 30, 2026, will begin to accrue standard penalties and surcharges.

NOTICE sa mga MIYEMBRO: GRACE PERIOD sa PAGBABAYAD ng LOAN
Sa ating mga Minamahal na Miyembro,
Bilang konsiderasyon sa mga epekto ng nagdaang krisis sa enerhiya at lindol sa Mindanao, nagpapatupad ang AFPMBAI ng special relief measure para sa mga may existing loans.
Ang mga miyembro na hindi makakabayad ng kanilang buwanang hulog para sa buwan ng Agosto 2026 ay bibigyan ng grace period hanggang Nobyembre 30, 2026, upang bayaran ito nang walang anumang penalty o surcharge.
Gabay para sa lahat:
- Walang Penalties: Hindi papatawan ng late fees ang amortization ng Agosto 2026 kung ito ay mababayaran bago matapos ang Nobyembre 2026.
- Pagpapatuloy ng Pagbabayad: Ang regular na buwanang kaltas o pagbabayad ay magpapatuloy (resume) ng Setyembre 2026.
- Pagkatapos ng Grace Period: Kung hindi pa rin mabayaran ang amortization ng Agosto 2026 pagkalipas ng November 30, 2026, awtomatiko na itong papatawan ng mga kaukulang penalty at surcharge.
